A quitclaim deed is used when property is being transferred from one entity to another. If you wish to transfer interest in a property to another person, a Living Trust or business entity, a quitclaim deed is the most commonly used deed. We will prepare your deed for you as well as all of the accompanying county and tax documents that are required. Our fee also includes the filing fee and the actual filing of the deed with the county.

*Please be aware that this document requires a notary, if you decide to have this document prepared in our office, we will notarize free of charge, if you are ordering online or over the phone please be aware that if you are not in our area you will have to pay $10 more if you require a notary who is closer to you.
